Penile enlargement pills and patches are devices that you see advertised on-line lots. They promise to become very convenient and discreet solutions if you need to make your penis bigger. However, you have to be conscious of research about the efficacy of those pills and patches are consistent in showing that these pills are ineffective and they are purely offered for profit. Every current brand of pill I know of may also be not FDA approved, so anybody’s researching their claims of safety and efficacy.
Many doctors question whether the benefits of lengthening surgery outweigh the risks. A 2006 study found that only 35% of men were satisfied with the outcome of surgery, which added only half an inch, on average, to length. Men who are overly preoccupied with penis length tend to have unrealistic expectations of surgery and should seek counseling instead, the authors wrote.
Compared to other cosmetic procedures, breast augmentation, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, facial fillers and the like, we hear far less about penis enhancement. Perhaps there is still significantly more stigma associated with this procedure, or perhaps it’s just not well-suited for television, but there’s simply not a lot of talk about it in almost any media, at least nothing I’m reading or on shows I’m watching, and as such, there are a lot of seemingly unanswered questions revolving around penis enhancement. For example - - How is it done? Why?
At his Harley Street clinic, Dr Roberto Viel is explaining how a typical enlargement works. First, surgeons sever the organ’s suspensory ligament, causing it to hang an inch or two lower, giving the impression of extra length. They then extract fat from the patient’s stomach and inject it into the penis shaft, increasing girth by around two inches. Erect, it’s worth noting, it remains roughly the same size, suggesting the motives for many men are not necessarily to enhance either their – or a partner’s – sexual experience.
When you do Kegel exercises, you can target, train and strengthen your pelvic muscles. “Strengthening your pelvic muscles improves sexual performance, reverses or prevents erectile dysfunction, promotes urinary health (incontinence and overactive bladder), and benefits prostate health by providing increased blood flow,” says Rybchin. “Once you achieve initial pelvic muscle strength, you then add the resistance training — a resistance ring and weights. As you get stronger, you then add the additional weight.”
Chances are, even if you are well endowed, that you’d like to make your dick bigger. It’s basically just the way the male brain ticks, that guys with big dicks want to be titanic, and average hung guys would like to be really big, and small guys… well for small guys the matter tends to become something of an obsession that can lead to painful surgery, injurious penis...
Atherosclerosis, a condition in which fatty deposits build up inside arteries, may restrict blood flow to the penis and cause erection difficulties. "The small blood vessels that go to the penis can become diseased much earlier than the [larger] vessels that go to the heart," Karen Boyle, MD, a urologist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, tells WebMD. "In younger or younger middle-aged men, ED is often the first sign of atherosclerosis."
Here's why sexologists say size doesn't matter. Any size penis can provide great pleasure for the man it's attached to. An estimated 95 percent of penises are average size (3 to 5 inches flaccid, 5 to 7 inches erect). Very few are significantly larger or smaller. When women have been surveyed about what they want in a lover, they consistently mention attractiveness, kindness, caring, listening, sense of humor, and shared interests and values. Very few mention penis size. Finally, sex therapists report that women clients almost never complain about their partner's size. As a result, most sexologists say size doesn't matter.
Some of the other factors involved include vaginal size (yes they come in different sizes too… but not as varied as penis sizes), and of course hardness of the penis is quite important, as a smaller hard penis will certainly be more effective at the sex game than a bigger limp one. Beyond the anatomical aspects are educational factors such as sexual skill, sexual technique and knowhow play an important role. Having a larger penis certainly opens up the opportunities for more sexual positions, increases the intensity of sexual sensation, and potentially leads to greater pleasure for both partners if that bigger penis is being used properly. HARDWEAR gives every man the opportunity to have a bigger penis with HARDWEAR than he had without it. Increases are seen in both thickness and length and vary from man to man, but quite simply you can expect your HARDWEAR penis to be the biggest and hardest you penis has ever been in life.
Penis pumps. These plastic tubes create a partial vacuum around the penis. The vacuum draws blood into the organ, resulting in temporary size enhancement. Models differ, but all include a plastic tube and a pump operated by a hand bulb. You squeeze the bulb, which evacuates air from the tube, drawing a little extra blood into the penis. Just remember, the effect is modest and temporary.
After 2 years of use wife still stares at the results saying "I can't believe how big it gets from the C*alis! I have had excellent results with c*alis. Best dose for me 10 mg (low dosage). My erections long, full, thick and hard. Like penis is stretching out of its skin. Effect lasts until morning and even for days with frequent rock hard nocturnal erections towards morning.
Penis stretching is the type of penis enlargement treatment that few dare to take on. It is one of the most prevalent penis enlargement treatments available today, however due to the expense in purchasing a device or practicing masturbation like exercise techniques or even because of the tedious and redundant stretching process, many men, myself included, never thought twice about this type of treatment.
“I had a patient last week who was using a vacuum to masturbate and half of his penis turned black after iron absorbed into the skin. Unfortunately you can’t do anything but replace the skin.” As for the legions of men who’ve reported significant gains via stretching and jelqing, Elist rolls his eyes. “It’s just temporary. As soon as they stop, in a matter of few months, it will go back. There’s no doubt about that.”
“I’ve seen a lot of shifts over the years,” Big Al says after explaining a reverse kegel called the DLD Blaster. “When I first started, most guys were just looking for raw size — length and girth.” As time has passed, though, he’s given much more attention to things like erection quality, sexual confidence and addiction to porn. In fact, these days, four out of five of Big Al’s clients are self-diagnosed porn addicts.
Then, in the back of a weightlifting magazine, he saw an ad for the FastSize Extender, a device that claims to make the penis longer and fatter through traction. Richard began wearing the device almost eight hours a day, every day. He was shocked to notice a difference within a few days. After four months of wearing the device, he says his flaccid penis has stretched from 3 inches to over 5 inches; erect, he has gone from less than 6 inches to over 7 inches. The device cost $298, but Richard says the effect on his self-confidence has been priceless: "It made a world of difference to me."
This evaluation is something all clinics I speak to insist on. It involves a patient meeting with a surgeon or psychologist to have their general mental wellbeing assessed. If there is any hint of underlying concerns, problems or mental health issues, the operation does not go ahead. But, given that such a refusal would mean clinics losing £5,000 a pop, one does wonder how rigorous these assessments are. Is the entire industry just profiting off insecurity bordering on dysmorphia?
