Penis Enlargement

As the name implies, the traction method involves the phallus being placed in an extender and then stretched daily. One team of researchers quoted in the study reported average growth of 0.7 inches (flaccid) in participants who used the method for four to six hours each day over four months. Another team reported an average increase of nearly an inch (0.9 inches, flaccid) plus some slight improvement in girth after similar treatments lasting a course of six months.
Penis enlargement, or male enhancement, is any technique aimed to increase the size of a human penis. Some methods aim to increase total length, others the shaft's girth, and yet others the glans size. Techniques include pills, hormones, massage, stretching, inflation, incision, injections, and implants. While some techniques are hoaxes, others may be somewhat effective, perhaps at high risk of complications.
Also keep in mind that, with a few rare exceptions, these devices aren’t certified medical devices. Don’t get fooled by advertisements with people in a white coat, not everybody wearing one is a real doctor or a doctor qualified to give advice on male enhancement. There are only two pharmacies are allowed to sell (Phallosan Forte and Penimaster Pro) which are relatively safe if you correctly follow all instructions. Especially if you are a beginner, the chances of hurting yourself with one of those agressively advertised extenders is high, even if you stick to the instructional videos or guides. Any severe damage done to the erectile tissue may require corrective sugery or may even result in irreverible erectile problems. Taking unnecessary risks just to add a few inches isn’t a good idea. Stay safe!

Penises come in all different shapes and sizes. We’re all very different and that’s normal. Potential partners have all kinds of different preferences, too. Some like smaller penises. Some like bigger penises. Most like partners for qualities that have nothing to do with the size of their penis. That’s also normal. Getting used to how you’re built is probably the best way to go.
Some of the male enhancement products in the market promise outrageous permanent enlargements to the penis. ExtenZe® increases the flow of blood to the penis thereby increasing its capacity to retain blood resulting in a bigger erection. ExtenZe® does not promise a 9-inch penis, but you will definitely experience growth and an increased ability to control ejaculation as well as extended orgasms. You get all these without having to resort to surgery, prescriptions or cheap pills.
If we accept that an e-mail is analogous to a letter or a phone call, it is manifest that agents of the government cannot compel a commercial ISP [Internet Service Provider] to turn over the contents of an e-mail without triggering the Fourth Amendment. An ISP is the intermediary that makes e-mail communication possible. E-mails must pass through an ISP's servers to reach their intended recipient. Thus, the ISP is the functional equivalent of a post office or a telephone company. As we have discussed above, the police may not storm the post office and intercept a letter, and they are likewise forbidden from using the phone system to make a clandestine recording of a telephone call—unless they get a warrant, that is.
At the end of the second week, I woke up to find that I could no longer get hard. I assumed maybe I overworked it, whatever. This lasted for five days and I was panicking. The day I went to a clinic to find out what was wrong, I was finally getting erections again at about 30%. They referred me to a urologist and I explained to him what happened. He said to take a rest for 6 weeks, hopefully everything will be okay.
These products usually contain vitamins, minerals, herbs or hormones that claim to enlarge the penis. Despite their impressive claims, there's absolutely no clinical evidence that these products work and some may even be harmful. The University of Maryland in the US carried out an analysis on some of these and found traces of lead, pesticides, E. coli bacteria and animal faeces.
Popping Pills. This is another method which should be given a mention since there are so many "penis pills" out there claiming size gains are possible by simply popping pills. These do actually have their place as there are effective herbs out there that will increase size, but once again it is only temporary. The other catch is that the size is most noticeable in the state of erection. That is the effective penis pills (and there are a lot of non-effective pills out there as well) will make your erections much harder and stronger. This results in even more blood being pumped up creating larger looking erection size as well as a much more "veiny" look.
Please don’t get conned into utilizing techniques like “jelking” or non-medically supervised penile stretching. We run one of the largest and most successful Peyronie’s Disease treatment clinics in the United States: over one-third of the cases we treat were born from improper handling of the penis during stretching of some sort. It’s often devastating to penile tissue and overall erection health.
Using penile extenders involves hanging a weight off the penis for hours at a time, which doesn't increase size. To the contrary, this can cause tissue damage and there have been reports of it causing Peyronie's disease (curving of the penis). Rather than resulting in enlargement, using penile extenders could cause injury and have a negative effect on your ability to get an erection.
Lengthening the penis. The most common procedure is to cut the ligament that connects the penis to the pelvic bone. This allows a little more of the shaft -- on average less than an inch -- to become visible outside the body. It's not really lengthening the penis so much as revealing more of what's usually hidden. To prevent the ligament from reattaching, a guy would need weights or stretching devices daily for about six months.
