Penis Enlargement

Panic is the anti-answer, so let’s end that now. Like any situation, this one demands some straight up facts, so let’s begin there. The first and most important fact is to forget what you’ve seen in photographs, in movies, or on the web. Based on a sample of 1,661 guys, the average self-reported erect penis length is 5.6 inches. Technically, according to the Mayo Clinic, a penis is not even considered small unless it measures less than three inches when erect.
Penis enlargement, or male enhancement, is any technique aimed to increase the size of a human penis. Some methods aim to increase total length, others the shaft's girth, and yet others the glans size. Techniques include pills, hormones, massage, stretching, inflation, incision, injections, and implants. While some techniques are hoaxes, others may be somewhat effective, perhaps at high risk of complications.
But flaccid or erect, penis size depends on the amount of blood flowing through the organ. The more blood, the larger the man looks. Blood flow into the penis depends on the diameter of the arteries that carry blood into it. You want wide open arteries that carry the most blood. Relaxation allows these arteries to open up. Stress and tension constrict them. So men who are relaxed look larger. Please tell your boyfriend that worrying about his size makes him look smaller. If he relaxes about it, he should look larger.
So how can we be sure it really exists? “Because the number of men seeking surgery, or the growth of this strange industry selling pills and other so-called enlargement remedies, these numbers do not map up with the numbers of men who actually have a significantly smaller penis than average,” Veale says. “So, these men are worrying about – and seeking solutions for – a problem they do not have.”
That “job” is founder and head trainer at meCoach (“Male Enhancement Coach”), a first-of-its kind personal training service providing one-on-one tutorials on “how to get the penis you want.” The program is made up of 30 different exercises with names like “The Slow Crank,” “The Leg Tuck Pull” and “Viking’s Kegel Squeeze,” all of which are designed to stretch and elongate your penis. Big Al has helped thousands of men like me increase hardness, improve stamina, reduce penis curvature, kick porn addiction and add length and girth to their penis — averaging an inch and an inch-and-a-half, respectively. The meCOACH basic plan costs $37.77 for a month, but I opt for a three-month premium plan for $257.77, which includes weekly progress reports and 1-on-1 coaching.
“The penis extends for two to three inches inside the body in the pubococcygeus (PC) muscle, which can be strengthened in order to achieve stronger erections and orgasms. It also helps a great deal with obtaining better ejaculatory control,” says Hall. “The PC muscle, which surrounds the prostate gland, is like a valve around the genitals. Orgasm builds from the prostate, so learning to develop these muscles is highly beneficial. Doing PC muscle exercises helps to strengthen the muscle, and men can even add weight to help build it up,” says Hall.
It is amazing to continuously see the obvious fake reviews being bought and paid for by the seller or manufacturer of this garbage product. Keep it up dimwits. I will continue as a REAL REVIEWER to counter the false claims, outright lies and bust these buffoons for attempts at fraud. This product and all it's derivatives SIMPLY does NOT work. If it did no man alive would leave his house! think about it. In fact, we would all work as porn stars overdosing on this crap so we that the underwear companies can reinvent a new products as the old ones simply would no longer FIT!

Guys, they're at least 50 products out there that claim to help our issue. I have tried at least 10 of them. Some do not work at all and some work for a brief period of time. I believe science is still working out the details but will likely not find a cure all for all of us. What may work for one guy will not for another. I feel fortunate I found this product to work if you follow their directions and be realistic with its results. Take on an empty stomach 1st thing in the morning. Do not drink or eat for at least one hour. After about 12 to 24 hours you will be very surprised in that you will think you are 15 years old again. I awoke in the middle of the night not believing what was there to greet me. We can all remember how we were at 15 right? Suddenly ready with no real reason or little persuasion. This single pill brings back the good ol' days but takes 12 to 24 hours in my sampling so far. So with a little planning ahead we can bring back the glory days and live like men again. If this item works for you like myself you will be overwhelmed by just the confidence you'll have again knowing your back running on all 8 cylinders. On average you can perform and be ready for your mate at least twice a day. I have found no reason to take this daily. When I know the weekend is coming or the wife has a day off I plan ahead and make sure one pill is taken on an empty stomach 24 hours ahead of time and its off to the rodeo. Guys give it a try, no promises. If it doesn't work your out a few bucks, but if it does you'll be so grateful to be back in the running again. Good luck!

One Stockport-based surgeon, Ravi Kant Agarwal, was struck off (though later allowed to practise again) after botching two procedures. One of his patients, the General Medical Council heard, was left with a penis “bent like a boomerang”. Agarwal was criticised for failing to explain potential complications and misleading patients about the possible outcome, as well as for not having anaesthetic backup during the operations.
Then, in the back of a weightlifting magazine, he saw an ad for the FastSize Extender, a device that claims to make the penis longer and fatter through traction. Richard began wearing the device almost eight hours a day, every day. He was shocked to notice a difference within a few days. After four months of wearing the device, he says his flaccid penis has stretched from 3 inches to over 5 inches; erect, he has gone from less than 6 inches to over 7 inches. The device cost $298, but Richard says the effect on his self-confidence has been priceless: "It made a world of difference to me."
Well this question is being asked numerous times and I guess the answer is also known by even the askers. I must be honest with my subscribers. I can’t fake them to sale my products only. So I am going to tell you the truth and also want to give you hope. If you read my first email and be hopeless then surely that was not my intention. I rather emphasized on to provide you risk free, natural and realistic routes. I hope it makes sense.
The sheer symbolism of what’s in a man’s pants may be a factor. As Harrison Pope and Katharine Phillips write in their book on male body obsessions, The Adonis Complex, genitals have been equated with “virility, procreative potency, and power” throughout history. This has been compounded by an apparent rise in general masculine vanity. Figures from the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons show the total number of male procedures doubled between 2005 and 2015, with breast reduction, rhinoplasty and neck lifts especially popular. For those in need of rejuvenation, surgery is cheaper and more easily available than ever.
And if you're worrying about your size pleasing your partner, remember that penetration is just one part of sex, and everyone's preferences are different. Many women don't even orgasm from penile-vaginal sex, for instance, and other people don't care very much about size or length. The size of your penis could possibly be unrelated entirely to your partner's ability to experience pleasure.
The vacuum pump. This is a cylinder that sucks out air. You stick your penis in and the resulting vacuum draws extra blood into it, making it erect and a little bigger. You then clamp off the penis with a tight ring -- like a tourniquet -- to keep the blood from leaking back into your body. What are the drawbacks? The effect only lasts as long as you have the ring on. Using it for more than 20 to 30 minutes can cause tissue damage. This is sometimes used as a treatment for erectile dysfunction, but has not been proven to actually increase the size of the penis.
